Zion’s “Older Wiser Lutherans” are hosting Rhonda Fochs, author of “Minnesota’s Lost Towns” along with having a potluck on March 13 at 10 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Please sign up at the front desk and bring a dish to share.
After several years of wondering in public and private sectors, Rhonda has done everything from assembling Tonka Toy Trucks, working in LP/8-track/cassette distribution warehouse, working in many government roles, managing commercial construction offices to becoming a High School Social Studies teacher at the age of 42. After retirement, Rhonda traveled all over Minnesota sharing the tales of “Minnesota’s Lost Towns”, as highlighted in her four books.
Rhonda recently moved to Anoka and is enjoying being a part of the community as well as the Zion Community. You will not want to miss the opportunity to meet Rhonda and hear her stories!
