It was a beautiful evening at Aitkin Park in Anoka for our ice cream social on Thursday, August 10. There were over 75 Zion members as well as people from the community enjoying ice cream and light conversation. Some of the people from the community that joined us were out walking, biking, playing on the playground, taking senior pictures along the river and even fishing in the river. The ice cream was provide by the Blue Moo Ice Cream Truck so there was something for everyone! This event was organized by Zion’s Neighborhood Engagement Team.
