Early Childhood Ministry
Zion Early Childhood Ministry is for children ages 0-5 and their families. We want kids to know that God loves them and Jesus is their friend! God put the wiggle in children, and it is good! You are welcome here, just as you are. Join us for family-style Sunday School or a ukulele and dance class! Check back often; our offerings for young families are always changing.

Holy Shenanigans Sunday School
Family-style Sunday School is geared towards kids ages 0-5 with an adult at 10 am on Sundays during the school year. We gather in the Chapel to hear an interactive story, learn fun songs, give thanks to God, and share our joy! After we gather, families move to our preschool classrooms to play with toys or make a craft. Community makes all the difference, so parents and caregivers attend with their children.
Sanctuary Praygrounds
Noises and wiggles are welcome in worship! The sanctuary has three Prayground areas with small tables, stools, and quiet activities.
Preschool Music and Dance Class
Kids ages 2-5 with an adult have a BLAST playing kid-sized and colorful ukuleles, singing silly songs, and learning some fun dance moves! Join us in a laid-back setting where families are welcome to be themselves.
- Spring Session: April 9, 16, 23, 30, 11:15-11:55 a.m.
- Summer Session: June 11, 18, 25, and July 2, 9, 11:15-11:55 a.m.
Vacation Bible School!
At Snorkel Vacation Bible School, kids explore the watery word of God and see how Jesus makes our hearts overflow with love!
- Snorkel! Family VBS – Sundays, June 8, 15 and 22; 10-10:50 a.m. in the Spark Park, for kids ages 0-5 and their families.
- Snorkel! Preschool VBS – Tuesday-Wednesday, July 15-17, 9-11:30 a.m., for kids 3-5 years old.
Mother’s Room
A private and dedicated room for nursing moms is on the 2nd floor.

Walk Through Holy Week!
Walk Through Holy Week family event will explore Palm Sunday, Maunday Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday with art, activities and fun.
Family Good Friday Service
Join us April 18 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel for storytelling & interactive learning as we explore the story of Good Friday. Geared for ages 0-5.
Baptism Class
If you are expecting a baby, adopting or recently given birth & would like information about baptism, our next baptism class will be May 4 at 12 p.m.
Preschool Music and Dance
Join us for a FREE spring session of Preschool Music and Dance! April 9, 16, 23, 30 (Wednesdays) 11:15-11:55 a.m., ages 2-5 with an adult.

Pre-K Registration
Zion Pre-K is now taking registrations for the 2025-26 school year. All 3 through 5-year-olds welcome. Many options from which to choose.

Common Ground
At Common Ground highschoolers meet Wed evenings during the program year, 7-8 p.m. in the Youth Room, have fun & grow in faith.
Whirl Wednesday
At Whirl Wednesday, kids meet 5:30-6:45 p.m., Sept.-April. We start with gym games, then split into two groups: Whirl! gr. K-2 & Joiz-N-Noiz gr. 3-5.
